Guitar: 2000 Japanese Blue Flower Reissue

Description: In Brand New Condition!!! This is a Japanese built Blue Flower Reissue Stratocaster. The item still has the plastic covers and packing materiel on the guitar and is in un-played condition. It is hard to describe the beauty of this paint job, only to say that this reissue looks better than the originals and photos do not do it justice, The blue metal flake sunbursts across the flower background perfectly and is covered in a glass-like clear coat. The body is made out of a very resonant basswood, and rings out when played. The neck is one piece of maple, constructed the old fashioned way where there is no separated fret board but the neck itself is fretted with the medium frets and there is a "skunk-stripe" down the back where the truss rod is installed. The neck features a  50's style fret board radius and neck profile, a vintage tinted finish, Spaghetti style logo, Kluson-style tuning machines and a small early style headstock.. The pickups are standard Japanese style Stratocaster pickups and have a sweet “chimey” sound to them, and they seem a little hotter than the older style pickups. The tremolo bridge is vintage style and each steel saddle is stamped with the word Fender. The pickups knobs and the tremolo and pickup covers are bright white plastic. This guitar captures the vintage style and is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. Auction winner also receives the original Fender Deluxe gig bag and items.
